Invicta Watch Stores allows returns within 14 days of delivery, though items become final sale 30 days after delivery. You must return items in original packaging with all tags and materials, and you may face a 40 percent restocking fee on certain returns.

How returns work

You can return eligible items by mail or in-store. For mail returns, visit the Orders & Returns page online or contact Customer Service to initiate the process. Invicta will issue a pre-paid return label at its discretion. For in-store returns of online purchases, bring your item to a store location to receive in-store credit instead of a refund.

Exclusions and restrictions

Gift cards, fragrances, Limited First Edition watches (marked with N1 suffix), Unique Anthology watches, and Renewed watches are final sale and cannot be returned. Items showing visible wear or alteration after 14 days are subject to a 40 percent restocking fee. Damaged or defective items are exempt from both the restocking fee and return shipping fee, and Invicta will work with you to find a solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. If you return an item in-store, you receive in-store credit instead. Return shipping is free for orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99, a $9.99 return shipping fee applies.
