How returns work
You may return items by mail or in person at a Helzberg store. For mail returns, call or chat with the retailer to arrange a free shipping label. Items must be unworn and in new condition, and you should include your receipt and any grading reports that came with the item.
Exclusions and restrictions
Pre-owned merchandise, customized or engraved jewelry, and sized watches are final sale and not returnable. Custom design fees and original shipping charges are also non-refundable. Gifts received with purchase must be returned unopened for full credit, and gift cards received as gifts with purchase cannot be returned. If you received a gift card with your purchase, refunds will be reduced by that amount.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you paid with cash, check, or traveler's check, you will receive a check by mail from the corporate office. Refunds sent by mail take up to 15 business days to process.
