Etnies allows returns within 30 days of purchase when items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. You must have your order number and can return items by mail or carrier drop-off using a prepaid shipping label.

How returns work

To return an item, enter your order number and contact information at etnies' online return request portal. Select the items you wish to return, choose your refund option and reason for the return, and request a prepaid shipping label. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email with your RMA number and shipping label. Print the approval email and label, affix the label to your package, and drop it off at your local USPS location.

Exclusions and restrictions

Etnies does not accept returns on shoes or items that show signs of wear, washing, or marks and scuffs. Items with smoke smell or pet hair are also non-returnable. Etnies does not currently support exchanges. The retailer does not publish other exclusions beyond these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in your original form of payment or as store credit. If you paid by credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid through PayPal or used an expired credit card, you receive store credit instead. Refunds typically process within 15 to 30 days after etnies receives your return.
