The Cotswold Company allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. You do not need your receipt to start a return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of the company receiving your returned item.
How returns work
You can return items by mail through Evri courier collection, drop them at an Evri ParcelShop or locker, return them free of charge in a physical store (for homeware), or arrange collection for larger items. To begin any return, raise it online through your My Account page or contact customer service with your order number. For smaller items, you can also use the Evri portal. Make sure goods are suitably packaged in the same condition as you received them.
Exclusions and restrictions
Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit. Goods that have been altered or modified cannot be returned because modifications invalidate the manufacturer warranty. Partially assembled furniture is not returnable due to the risk of damage during transit. Bespoke or made-to-order upholstery has specific conditions that apply; you should refer to the company's Terms and Conditions for details.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used for your original purchase. The company processes refunds within 7 working days of receiving your returned item. For smaller items returned by mail, The Cotswold Company charges a £3 restocking fee. For larger items, a collection fee applies instead of a restocking fee.
