Exclusions and restrictions
Mattresses with physical damage such as burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage are not returnable. Mattresses showing signs of mold or odors caused by abnormal care, liquid spills, improper ventilation, or humid climates cannot be returned. Mattresses that were used directly on the floor without a proper foundation are also non-returnable, as the combination of body heat, humidity, and floor bacteria may cause mold.
Refunds
