Astrid & Miyu allows returns within 28 days of purchase for most items. Items must be in original packaging and unworn. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
How returns work
You can return items by mail through Astrid & Miyu's online Returns Portal. When submitting your return request, include a clear photo and brief description if the item is faulty. If you purchased online, you may also return the item in a physical store.
Exclusions and restrictions
Astrid & Miyu does not accept returns on engraved products, personalized jewellery, individual piercing jewellery posts, piercing service jewellery, gift bags, gift wrapping, A&M socks, piercing aftercare solution, or gift cards. Individual items from jewelry sets must be returned as the complete set. Earrings and piercing jewellery must be unworn and show no signs of wear.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you received the item as a gift, a gift card or gift card refund will be issued instead. Processing takes 7 to 14 business days after your return is approved.

What happens if I lose my receipt?
Proof of purchase is available upon request from Astrid & Miyu customer service, so you can still process your return without the original receipt.
Can I return personalised or engraved items?
No. Engraved products and personalised jewellery are not returnable. Individual piercing jewellery posts and piercing service jewellery are also excluded from returns.

What if I bought a gift and want to return it?
