Ariat International allows returns within 90 days of purchase. Returns are free, and you must use the retailer's online returns portal to start the process. Items must be unworn, untagged, and in original packaging.
How returns work
To return an item, enter your email address and order number in Ariat's returns portal. You will receive a Return Initiated email containing a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. Place the packing slip and items in a box, tape the shipping label to the outside, and drop the box off at the carrier specified on the label.
Exclusions and restrictions
Ariat does not accept returns on final sale products, worn or untagged items, or non-Ariat branded products. The retailer does not publish additional exclusions beyond these categories.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment (credit card or other payment method) within 12 to 14 business days of Ariat receiving your return. If you purchased with an Ariat gift card, a new gift card will be emailed to the address on your order instead.
