How returns work
You can return items by mail or in store. For mail returns, generate a return label through your order tracking page, include the return slip from the online return process, and ship the items back using the provided label. Free return shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders in the 48 contiguous states. You can also return products purchased online to any Allen Edmonds store location.
Exclusions and restrictions
Worn, damaged, or items in poor condition cannot be returned. Customized or special make up shoes are not returnable on any basis. Factory Seconds are returnable within 30 days but are subject to a $25 restocking fee per pair.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in your original form of payment, as merchandise credit, or as a check, depending on your payment method. If you paid with cash in store and return the item by mail or online, you will receive merchandise credit or a check instead. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
