ALDO_Help allows you to return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. You must have your original receipt and the items must be in original packaging. Some items like hosiery, earrings, hair accessories, and insoles cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, and final sale items (marked with prices ending in .97) are not returnable.
How returns work
You can return items either in store or by mail. For in-store returns, simply present your valid receipt along with your item in original packaging. For returns by mail to the warehouse, you will be charged a return shipping fee of $5.95 per order. If you purchased online, you may also return your item at a physical ALDO_Help store.
Exclusions and restrictions
Hosiery, earrings, hair accessories, and insoles cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Additionally, final sale items (those priced ending in .97) are not returnable. The retailer does not publish other exclusions beyond these categories.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in your original form of payment and take up to 14 days to process. However, refund methods vary depending on how you paid and where you return the item. For Afterpay payments made in store, you may receive your refund via the Afterpay app, debit card, credit card, or ALDO gift card. If you return an Afterpay purchase by mail, the refund goes directly to your Afterpay account. For Klarna and other buy now, pay later methods, in-store returns are refunded to an ALDO gift card or credit card.
