Aerosoles allows you to return most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. You can return through in-store Return Bar locations, by mail with a provided label, or via carrier drop-off.

How returns work

To start a return or exchange, use Aerosoles' return portal and select your preferred option: exchange, refund, or site credit. You will receive an Aerosoles-generated return label and packing slip. You can then return your items at a Return Bar location for immediate processing, or mail them using the provided label and carrier drop-off.

Exclusions and restrictions

Final sale items cannot be returned. Worn shoes are not accepted. Items without original packaging are excluded from returns. Sale items are subject to a $10 return processing fee and cannot be exchanged for free. Tall and mid-calf boots can only be returned via mail with a return shipping label, not through Return Bar locations.
