How returns work
To return items, log into your Callaway Golf account and select the items you wish to return from your order history. Follow the prompts to receive your RMA number and a free FedEx return shipping label. If you need help obtaining your RMA, contact Callaway Golf Customer Service.
Exclusions and restrictions
Callaway Customs orders cannot be returned once submitted. Expedited and Express shipping fees are non-refundable. Golf shoes must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, and the original box cannot have been used as a shipping box. Used or hit items are refunded as Callaway Golf Gift Cards at 100 percent of the purchase price rather than as cash refunds.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 15 business days. If you paid by credit card, your refund is credited back to that card. If you paid by gift card, the credit returns to the original gift card within 1 to 2 billing cycles. If you used Affirm, your refund goes to your Affirm balance and may take up to 30 business days.
