Orthofeet allows you to return or exchange purchases within 60 days, including a 60 night trial period. Returns must be in original packaging, and refunds go back to your original form of payment within 24 hours of processing.

How returns work

You can return items by mail using USPS with a prepaid label or QR code provided by Orthofeet, or by dropping off at a Happy Returns Bar location without needing a shipping box or label. You can also return online orders in store. To start any return or exchange, access Orthofeet's Returns and Exchange Portal online, enter your order number and email address or zip code, select the item and reason, and package it in its original packaging with the packing slip or invoice.

Exclusions and restrictions

Final Sale products are not returnable and are marked as such at the time of purchase. For orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands, a return shipping fee of $15 applies.
