JustFab US allows you to return most items within 60 days from shipment for a refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all tags attached. Return shipping is free for most US locations, though non-contiguous territories incur a $9 fee.

How returns work

To return an item, log into your account and navigate to My Account under Orders & Returns. Complete the return process and print your shipping label. Pack your items with the label and drop off at the indicated shipping provider.

Exclusions and restrictions

JustFab does not accept returns on worn or used items, apparel without tags, apparel missing any pieces, or shoes that show scuffing or scratching. The retailer specifies that shoes must be tried on carpet only to remain returnable.
