How returns work

You can return items by mail through JTV's self-service online system (for orders up to $2999.99) or by using the return form and preprinted label included with your order (for orders $999.99 or less). Log into JTV.com, click "Return Item" on your Order Details page, follow the self-service instructions, and package your item in its original or similar appropriate container. Drop your package at a USPS post office or blue drop box.

Exclusions and restrictions

CDs and DVDs are non-returnable if the cellophane is opened. Blister pack items cannot be returned if the blister pack is opened. Watches are non-returnable if worn or altered. Sized, altered, or items designated non-returnable per policy cannot be returned. Fragrance is handled case-by-case and must be new or gently used in original packaging to qualify. For Scratch and Dent items advertised as non-returnable, you may contact the Customer Experience Team if the actual defect exceeds what was advertised.

Refunds

You receive a refund as Merchandise Credit or as a refund to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, you may choose either option. Refunds for eCheck payments (from telephone orders) are sent electronically to your checking account, or as a paper check if your account is closed. If you used the StretchPay installment program, refunds are applied to the installment payments you have collected.
