Geekbuying allows returns within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in original packaging and in the same condition as received. You must contact customer service and receive authorization before returning anything. Return shipping fees are your responsibility, except in cases of dead-on-arrival (DOA) items within 7 days.

Kugoo products are not returnable due to their weight and high shipping costs; Geekbuying offers parts replacement instead.
