Euro Car Parts allows returns within 60 days of purchase, with a 14-night trial period for orders. You can return items in-store for free or by mail, though mail returns require you to cover postage unless the item is faulty.
How returns work
You have two options: return items in-store at your local LKQ Euro Car Parts location with your original invoice or order confirmation email, or return by mail at your own expense (except for faulty items). In both cases, the product must be in re-saleable condition, not devalued, and in its original packaging with all documentation. If returning by mail, you should use insured postage and retain proof of postage.
Exclusions and restrictions
Euro Car Parts does not accept returns of batteries with damaged or lost boxes, or dangerous goods such as aerosols, brake cleaner, brake fluid, and shock absorbers. These items cannot be returned due to legal and health/safety requirements for dangerous goods transport, though dangerous goods that meet proper packaging and labelling standards may be returnable within the 60-day window. The retailer does not publish a comprehensive list of other excluded categories.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days of the return being processed. The store team inspects your product before the refund is applied.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to return items within 60 days?
Yes, the standard return window is 60 days from purchase. You also have a 14-night trial period for orders. After this window closes, returns are not accepted.
Can I return items to the store without a receipt?
Yes. You can use your order confirmation email as an alternative to the original invoice when returning to a store. Either document is accepted.
Do I have to pay to return items by mail?
You pay postage for mail returns in most cases. The exception is faulty items, for which Euro Car Parts covers the return cost. You are responsible for selecting insured postage and bearing the insurance cost.
Can I return an online order to a physical store?
Yes. You can return online orders to any LKQ Euro Car Parts store location. Bring your invoice or order confirmation email and the item in original packaging.
Why can't I return batteries or brake fluid?
Batteries with damaged or lost boxes and dangerous goods such as aerosols, brake cleaner, brake fluid, and shock absorbers cannot be returned due to legal and health/safety requirements for dangerous goods transport. Special packaging and labelling are required by law for these items.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. Exchanges are available up to 60 days after purchase and must be completed in-store only. You need your invoice or order reference, and the item must meet all standard returns policy conditions.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days of your return being processed by the store team.
