Cole Haan allows returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return items by mail with a prepaid label or in person at Cole Haan retail and outlet stores. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.
How returns work
You have two options: mail your return using a prepaid label provided by Cole Haan, or bring your item to any Cole Haan retail or outlet store. To start a mail return, click the Return or Exchange button on your order, pack the item in its original packaging in unworn condition, and ship it using the prepaid label. If you authorize your return within 14 days, the return shipping is free. After Cole Haan receives your return at the warehouse, allow 2 to 3 business days for processing.
Exclusions and restrictions
Cole Haan does not accept returns of worn or altered merchandise, final sale items, or Klarna and PayPal purchases returned to physical stores (those payment methods must be returned by mail). The retailer does not publish a list of product categories that are excluded from returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid with a gift card, Cole Haan will restore the original gift card or issue a new one. For other payment methods, you will receive an eGift card or appeasement credit.
