Buydig allows returns within 30 days of purchase for most items. A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned for buyer's remorse, and you must pay return shipping unless the return results from a store error. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
How returns work
You can return items by mail or by pickup. For mail returns, contact customer service to obtain a return authorization (RA) number, then ship your item in original packaging to BTC Beach Camera Returns in Edison, New Jersey. Large televisions over 65 inches must be arranged for pickup through Home Delivery Partners. In all cases, double-box the return with the RA number clearly displayed on the outer box and save your tracking number.
Exclusions and restrictions
Buydig does not accept returns on mattresses, opened or downloadable software, consumables (batteries, paper, ink), opened apparel/bedding/linens, used cookware and barbecue grills, personal body massagers, shavers, special order items, products with submitted mail-in rebates, or items missing UPC codes. Open-box televisions are covered under a separate 90-day in-house warranty rather than the standard return policy. DJI drones are returnable only if they are dead on arrival with a valid DJI case number; other defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or Amazon Checkout) within 5 to 7 business days of the return being processed. You cannot apply refund credit toward a new purchase. If a defective item qualifies for replacement rather than refund, Buydig will replace it after authorized return inspection.
