Soma Intimates allows you to return most merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Returns can be made by mail or at any Soma boutique in the United States (excluding outlets). Refunds are issued in your original form of payment, though some conditions apply.
How returns work
You can return items by mail using a prepaid shipping label provided by Soma or downloaded from their Returns Portal, or you can visit any Soma boutique (except outlets) to return or exchange in person. Before returning, obtain your original receipt or gift receipt, or have your purchase validated in the retailer's system. Your merchandise must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, unless it is defective.
Exclusions and restrictions
Soma does not accept returns on gift cards or gift boxes. Swimwear, watches, intimates, and hosiery that have been soiled or washed are not returnable, with one exception: full-price bras are covered by a risk-free guarantee and can be returned for any reason even if washed or worn. GMA Deals and Steals merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached and is subject to a customer-paid return shipping fee. Items returned without original tags are issued as merchandise credit rather than refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in your original form of payment. If you paid with multiple methods, refunds are applied in order: merchandise cards first, then credit cards, then other forms. Check refunds are mailed within 30 days. If you return a gift, the refund is issued as merchandise credit instead of cash or card refund.
