How returns work
To start a return, visit the Nearly Natural Returns Portal and enter your order number along with your ZIP code or email address. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Nearly Natural will provide a prepaid return label through the portal. Package your items securely and drop them off at the carrier location shown on the label.
Exclusions and restrictions
Nearly Natural does not accept returns on Final Sale or Clearance items, gift cards, store credit, personalized or customized products, or items marked as non-returnable. Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, alteration, or damage after delivery are also ineligible for return. Seasonal items including Holiday, Halloween, Fall, and Christmas products must be returned by December 25 or they become final sale.
