KUIU allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return items by mail or in store, and most returns qualify for free return shipping. Refunds go back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on how you paid.

How returns work

You can return items by mail or in store. For mail returns, start your return through KUIU's online returns and exchanges portal by entering your order number and email address. Select the items you want to return, choose your preferred shipping method and refund method, then print your return label and packing slip from the confirmation email. Package your items with the packing slip included and ship via UPS or your carrier of choice. For in store returns, bring your items to the original purchase location.

Exclusions and restrictions

KUIU does not accept returns on worn or soiled items. Packs and Sets must be returned in full and cannot be partially returned. Items purchased from the KUIU Outlet, as well as Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment or as KUIU store credit. If you purchased an item as a gift, your refund will be issued as store credit. Processing takes 5 to 7 business days, though refunds may take up to 15 business days during peak periods.
