For Your Entertainment allows returns within 30 days of purchase by mail. Most items must be in original packaging and meet category-specific conditions, such as being unopened or unworn. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending your return.
How returns work
To return an item, contact [email protected] to request a Return Authorization number, providing your name and order number. Ship your return via a tracked shipping service with the RA number written on the outside of the package. Keep your receipt and proof of shipment for your records.
Exclusions and restrictions
Trading cards, blind bags, mystery items, food and beverages, personalized items, and curbside delivery orders are not returnable. Perishables and personal care items may only be returned if defective or misshipped. Additionally, music, movies, video games, electronics, accessories, and toys or collectibles must be unopened; books must be in original condition; and clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as a credit to your original payment method or as store credit if a card refund is unavailable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and calculated at the lowest cost shipping method. Processing takes up to two billing cycles.
