How returns work

You can return items by mail to DTLR's warehouse using a trackable shipping carrier, or in person at any DTLR store location. For mail returns, start a return on the DTLR website, pack your item with original packaging and tags, and email your tracking number to [email protected]. In-store returns require a receipt. You pay for return shipping when returning by mail.

Exclusions and restrictions

DTLR does not accept returns of worn or used items, items without original tags or packaging, shoes without their original box, or gift cards. Returns without a receipt may be denied or refunded as a gift card at the retailer's discretion.

Refunds
