BrainMD allows returns within 60 days of purchase for most items. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned products. You pay for return shipping.

How returns work

To return an item, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and include it with your shipment. Submitting an RMA helps you avoid the restocking fee. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs to send items back to BrainMD.

Exclusions and restrictions

Empty bottles are not returnable. Media products, including books, courses, CDs, DVDs, and downloads, have a shorter return window of 30 days instead of 60 days, and opened media products are subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Refunds are issued as store credit or to your original payment method. After BrainMD receives and inspects your return, allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to appear.
