Blitz Martial Arts allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Most items are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, and you must return items in original packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of processing.
How returns work
You initiate a return by going to Order History in your account and selecting the order you wish to return. Click Request a Return, select the item(s) and reason for return, then await instructions from the Blitz Martial Arts team. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for mailing your item back to the company.
Exclusions and restrictions
Blitz Martial Arts does not accept returns on groin guards, mouth guards, sports bras, food and drink, DVDs, CDs, audio and video recordings, computer software, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, gift vouchers, custom specification products, made-to-order products, or personalized products. Items damaged or faulty at receipt are excluded from the restocking fee and receive a full refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Processing takes up to 30 days after your return is processed. The standard 15 percent restocking fee applies unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
