AVIDLOVE allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase, and items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

How returns work

To return an item, email customer service at [email protected] to request a return or exchange. A representative will reply with the return address and instructions specific to your request. You then follow those instructions to send your item back by mail.

Exclusions and restrictions

AVIDLOVE does not accept returns on panties, swimsuits, or items with removed or cut garment tags for sanitary reasons. The retailer also excludes worn, washed, altered items, and any items with tags removed or missing. Additionally, items that fail sanitary inspection are non-returnable.

Refunds
