How returns work
You start your return through Volcom's online portal using your order number and ZIP code. After selecting your refund option, you print a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, pack your item with the packing slip inside, and drop it off at the carrier within 7 days for instant refund or within 28 days for other refund options.
Exclusions and restrictions
Volcom does not accept returns on worn, washed, or altered items. Items must have all original tags attached and original packaging included. Items purchased from other retailers, international Volcom sites, or items without original tags cannot be returned. If your item is damaged or defective, you should contact support instead of starting a standard return.
Refunds
You can choose your refund method when starting your return: a Volcom gift card sent by email with no fee, your original payment method with a $7.00 handling fee deducted within 3-5 business days, or an instant refund through Reshop with a $7.00 handling fee processed immediately before you ship the item. Klarna purchases are automatically refunded to Klarna and your payment plan updates accordingly.
