How returns work
Returns are processed by mail. You start by clicking the return link on Toynk's website and entering your Order Number (found in your Order Confirmation email and starting with TNK) along with the Zip Code associated with your shipping address. After you follow the instructions to complete your return request, you will send your item to Toynk's Returns Department.
Exclusions and restrictions
Trading Cards are not returnable. Toys and collectibles must be unopened and in original packaging. Costumes and costume accessories must be complete, in original packaging, and show no sign of use. Clothing must not show any sign of use and must be free of hair, smoke, soil, or wear damage. Toynk does not publish a general list of excluded items beyond these category-specific restrictions.
