Playful Promises allows returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unworn. Return shipping is not free, and you will arrange your return through the Evri Returns Portal.

How returns work

You initiate returns by accessing the Evri Returns Portal, where you enter your name and order number, select your return reason, and choose a return method. You can print a shipping label or obtain a QR code for drop-off at a Parcelshop or Locker. You must post your return within 28 days of delivery. Exclusions and restrictions

Playful Promises does not accept returns on hosiery, bodystockings, or toys if the packaging has been opened, due to hygiene policy. Briefs that are worn or soiled are also non-returnable.
