How returns work
You initiate your return by clicking the Return Portal link and following the instructions provided. Mail your parcel back to Muscle Nation, ensure it is scanned as received, and keep the receipt as proof. International customers pay for return shipping. In Australia, you may also choose store credit instead of a refund to avoid the AUD 9.99 return shipping fee.
Exclusions and restrictions
Undergarments, socks, and opened supplements cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened supplements are returnable only if they remain sealed and in perfect condition with original packaging; you must contact the retailer for approval before returning. Final sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color in a different size, with no refund or store credit offered. Items from Exchange/Shop Now orders can only be returned for store credit and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you paid with Buy Now Pay Later, outstanding payments are canceled and any paid balance is refunded. If you used a combination of gift card and another payment method, the refund is applied to the gift card first, then to your secondary payment method. Allow 10 business days for the warehouse to process your return, then 2 to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear.
