Mountain Warehouse allows you to return most items within 60 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. You can return items in store for free at any location, or by mail and parcel carrier with a £2 deduction from your refund for postal returns.
How returns work
You have several return options. In store returns are free at any Mountain Warehouse location. For postal returns, you can use InPost 24/7 Lockers, Evri Parcelshops with home collection or locker service, DPD Parcelshops, or Royal Mail post offices. To initiate a return, visit the online returns portal and enter your order number, select your preferred return method, package the item securely, remove the original delivery label, attach the return label provided, and then drop off or arrange collection.
Exclusions and restrictions
Underwear and swimwear without the hygiene seal intact cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty. Mountain Warehouse does not publish a broader list of non returnable item categories.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For returns sent by post, a £2 deduction is applied to your refund. The retailer does not publish a specific timeframe for when refunds are processed.
