Kole Imports & Closeouts allows returns within 14 days of shipment, provided you obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending items back. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20 percent restocking fee applies to your refund.

How returns work

You must return items by mail. Before shipping, contact Kole Imports within 14 days of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number. Have your customer name, order number, item number, and reason for return ready. Once you receive the RA number, you have 14 days to return the product.

Exclusions and restrictions

Kole Imports does not accept returns on incomplete or defaced products, items opened and no longer in original packaging, products without an original order number or receipt, items with filled-out warranty cards, goods with serial numbers that differ from the original shipment, or custom orders and configurations.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after your returned item is received and inspected. Kole Imports applies a 20 percent restocking fee to the refund amount. The retailer does not publish the timeline for processing refunds after inspection.
