How returns work

Exclusions and restrictions
Knix does not accept returns on items received for free or as gifts with purchase, e-gift cards, items from third-party sellers, or certain accessories including washbags, band extenders, socks, slippers, and items in the hair, active, bags, hats, and gloves categories. Many product categories have additional restrictions. Sale items discounted more than 30 percent and MNTD Socks are final sale. Repeat purchases of leakproof underwear, Essential Underwear, Pads, and sale items discounted 30 percent or less are eligible only for exchange or store credit, not refunds. Rewards Points purchases are eligible for size exchange only.
