Cariloha offers a 30-day return window for most products and a 100-day window for mattresses, bed sheets, and pillows. Returns require proof of purchase, and you must pay for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies to unopened comfort bases.

How returns work

You can return items by mail via UPS or insured Parcel Post, or arrange specialist pickup for mattresses and comfort bases. To start a return, fill out Cariloha's electronic Return Form, pack your items in original packaging or a corrugated box, and ship the package.

Exclusions and restrictions

Upholstered bed frames and opened or used adjustable comfort bases are not returnable. International orders are accepted only for manufacturer or quality defects, not for preference-based returns. The retailer's 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes damage, abuse, neglect, stains, odors, burns, cuts, tears, pilling, insect damage, and liquid damage.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as credits to your original credit card. Processing takes 5 business days after Cariloha receives your return. A 20% restocking fee is deducted from unopened comfort base returns.
