1ink.com allows returns within 90 days for most items and exchanges within 180 days for defective cartridges. Returns must be shipped to the retailer's warehouse in Woodland Hills, California, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in your return authorization.
How returns work
To return an item, you must email the 1ink.com support team to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include a copy of your invoice or a sheet with your RMA number when you ship. Indicate your preferred resolution: refund, replacement, or store credit. Ship your package to the designated address with tracking.
Exclusions and restrictions
1ink.com does not accept returns of non-1ink branded cartridges, opened cartridges that are not defective, or cartridges below 70 percent full. Non-defective cartridges, wrong orders, and unopened cartridges purchased when your printer broke are returnable only within 30 days and only if unopened, and these returns incur a 20 percent restocking fee. The retailer does not cover cartridge issues caused by printer firmware updates affecting compatibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are processed 3 to 5 business days after the retailer inspects your return. Store credit is also available as an alternative option.
