Shiseido allows returns within 30 days of purchase at no shipping cost to you. Returns are processed by mail using a prepaid label included with your order, and refunds are issued to your original form of payment within up to 10 business days.

How returns work

You can return your order by mail. Write the reason for your return on the front of your packing slip, then use the prepaid shipping label included in your package to drop off your return at any USPS access point or FedEx location. You can track your return using the tracking number on the label.
