Modern Nursery allows returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. You must contact customer service to request a refund and obtain a Return Authorization number before sending anything back.
How returns work
You may return items by mail. After contacting customer service and receiving your Return Authorization number, you have 10 days from that point to ship your items back to Modern Nursery's facility. The retailer does not offer free return shipping; you pay the actual shipping and handling fees.
Exclusions and restrictions
Modern Nursery does not accept returns on furniture, car seats, strollers, high chairs, bouncers, breast pumps, monitors, mattresses, bassinets, sleepers, bedding sets, or custom made and personalized orders. These restrictions exist due to strict regulations and ethical guidelines for nursery and baby gear products. For White Glove Deliveries and Freight Furniture, any damage or defects must be noted on delivery papers at the time of delivery and reported within 24 hours. Exchanges are treated as returns and cannot be processed for non-returnable items.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. The refund amount is reduced by the actual shipping and handling fees you paid.
