Horseloverz allows returns within 30 days of receipt if items are in original, unused condition and you have your invoice. Return shipping is at your expense and will not be refunded.
How returns work
You may return items by mail to the Horseloverz returns department. To start a return, repack your item in a sturdy box along with a copy of your original invoice, then ship it using any cost-effective method of your choice to the returns address provided by the retailer.
Exclusions and restrictions
Horseloverz does not accept returns on used, misused, or incomplete items; bits that have been placed in a horse's mouth (due to health and safety concerns under state law); open or expired supplements; underwear and undergarments; blankets that are dirty, soiled, ripped, or torn; footwear that has been worn outside; or items that were previously replaced as defective. Blankets may be tried on a horse if kept clean, but must have original tags attached.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment or as store credit at your option. Once your return is received and processed, refunds take 5 to 7 business days to appear. If your order included a free gift with purchase, the retail price of that gift will be deducted from your refund unless you return the gift as well.
