Funko allows returns within 30 days of purchase, with free return shipping. A 20 percent restocking fee applies to most returned items.

How returns work

To return an order, sign into your account, navigate to your order history, select the order you wish to return, and click the start a return button. Funko will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label that you can drop off at any UPS store.

Exclusions and restrictions

Funko does not accept returns on worn or washed apparel, apparel without original tags, used or opened non-apparel items, items marked as Final Sale, certain Exclusives, bulk purchases of six or more of the same item, Digital Pop! redemptions, Pop! Yourself custom items, or orders shipped to Canada and Mexico.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks after Funko receives your returned item. The refund amount will be reduced by the 20 percent restocking fee.

How long do I have to return something to Funko?

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order to Funko.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. Funko provides a pre-paid shipping label, so return shipping is free. You simply drop off your package at any UPS store using the label provided.

Will I get the full amount I paid back?

No. Funko applies a 20 percent restocking fee to returns. Your refund will be the original purchase price minus this fee.

Can I return apparel that I have worn?

No. Funko does not accept returns on worn or washed apparel. Apparel must also have its original tags attached to be returnable.

Can I return an opened or used collectible?

No. Funko does not accept returns on non-apparel items that have been used or opened.

How quickly will I receive my refund after I send my return?

Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 weeks after Funko receives your returned item.

Can I return my purchase to a Funko retail store if I ordered online?

No. Online orders cannot be returned in physical Funko retail stores. You must use the online return process with the pre-paid shipping label.
