Displate allows returns within 100 days of purchase, provided items are in original condition and original packaging. You pay for return shipping, and refunds include the product price plus your original shipping and handling fees.

How returns work

You must contact Displate first if you are unhappy with your purchase. Once approved, you ship the item by mail to the address Displate provides, at your own expense. Write your full shipping details on the package exterior and include your order ID on a note inside the package.

Exclusions and restrictions

Custom prints and Displates purchased with a Club voucher are explicitly non-refundable. Partial returns of the Safe Wall Magnet Mounting System are not allowed, though you may return the complete system. If your item is damaged or defective, contact Displate and they will fix it rather than process a return.

Refunds

Once Displate confirms receipt of your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days. The refund covers the product price plus the original shipping and handling fees you paid.
