Eagle Creek allows you to return items within 60 days of purchase. Returns require items to be in new, unused condition in original packaging, and you pay for return shipping based on item value.

How returns work

To return an item, locate your order number and select the item you wish to return along with your reason. Eagle Creek will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item in its original packaging or in a box or bag of the same size, affix the label, and drop off at a FedEx location.

Exclusions and restrictions

Eagle Creek does not accept returns on used or damaged items, items with missing pieces, or items returned after 60 days. Items must be in new, unused condition with all components and tags intact.
