Böhme allows returns within 21 days of purchase. You can return items by mail, carrier drop off, or in store, though a 20 percent restocking fee and $8.99 shipping fee apply to most returns. How returns work

You can return items by mail using a printerless USPS QR code or printable return label, via carrier drop off through Happy Returns for select orders, or at a Böhme store location. All approved items must be returned in the same package in original packaging. You do not need a receipt to initiate a standard return.

Exclusions and restrictions

Böhme does not accept returns on clearance items, jewelry and accessories, bodysuits, or intimates, all marked as final sale. Shipping charges and Shipping Protection are also non-returnable. The retailer does not publish exclusions beyond these categories.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit via a Böhme Gift Card, at your option. If you used Shop Pay, the refund cancels your final installment. Refunds take 15 business days to process from the date the retailer receives your return. If your return package is lost or damaged in transit, you will need the USPS receipt to receive store credit.
