Superdrug allows you to return most items within 28 days of purchase. You can return items in store for an immediate refund, or by mail using a free Evri label. Items must be in original packaging.
How returns work
You have two options. For in-store returns, bring your Order Summary (on your mobile device or printed from your account) and the payment card you used to place the order to any Superdrug Store. For postal returns within the UK, use the free Evri label and follow the instructions on their website.
Exclusions and restrictions
Superdrug does not accept returns on Marketplace Orders (which must go back to the Marketplace seller directly), perishable items, medicines, personalised items, or sealed health and hygiene products if opened after delivery. Third-party supplied products must also be returned directly to the supplier rather than through Superdrug stores. Damaged or faulty items are exempt from the health and hygiene restrictions.
Refunds
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. If you return items in store, the refund is processed immediately. If you return by mail, the refund takes 1 to 7 working days to appear.
