LA Police Gear allows you to return most items within 60 days of purchase. You must return items in their original packaging. Refunds go back to your credit card or as store credit depending on timing and payment method.
How returns work
Returns are processed by mail. You start by clicking the Submit New Return button on the LA Police Gear website, follow the on-screen instructions, and receive a shipping label. Pack your merchandise in original packaging with the included RMA page, then drop off your return following the label instructions.
Exclusions and restrictions
Certain items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or hygiene concerns: pepper spray, body armor, underwear, and in-ear hearing protection. Boots have special packaging requirements and must be returned in their original box plus an additional outer box; the original box cannot be the shipping box. All items must otherwise comply with the 60-day return window.
Refunds
Refunds are issued based on your payment method. If you paid by credit card, your refund posts within 45 days. After 45 days, store credit is issued instead. If your credit card has expired, the retailer issues store credit rather than attempting a refund to the expired card.
