Goop allows returns within 14 days of purchase when items are in original packaging. Items must be returned through the online return portal at return.goop.com, and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to drop off at UPS.
How returns work
To return an item, visit return.goop.com and enter your order number and zip code. Select the items you wish to return and indicate your reason. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label to print and affix to your package. Take the package to any UPS location for drop-off. For Canadian returns, items may be returned by mail with a pre-paid label.
Exclusions and restrictions
Goop does not accept returns on intimate apparel, jewelry, personalized or custom-made products, items marked as final sale or non-returnable, pop-up shop products from third-party brands, or damaged items. Opened skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrance products are eligible for store credit only, not refunds. Full-priced items ordered prior to June 26, 2026 have an extended 30-day return window.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. For credit card purchases, the refund appears on your card within up to 10 business days. Goop does not offer exchanges; you must return the original item and place a new order for a replacement.
