EM Cosmetics allows returns within 30 days of purchase. You do not need a receipt to process a return. Free return shipping is provided.

How returns work

You can return items by mail using a prepaid USPS label. Start by visiting the EM Cosmetics return portal and entering your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return and provide your reason. The portal will generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip for you to print. Exclusions and restrictions

Certain items are not eligible for return. Last Chance items, Final Sale items, Sets, and Bundles cannot be returned. Products that EM Cosmetics determines to be overly used are also non returnable. Additionally, items that have previously been exchanged cannot be returned.
