CORKCICLE allows returns within 30 days of purchase when items are in original packaging and accompanied by your order receipt. Return shipping is not free; the cost is deducted from your refund. Items purchased as gifts cannot be returned.
How returns work
To return an item, start your return on the CORKCICLE website. Print the return shipping label provided, affix it to your box, include a copy of your original order receipt inside, and drop off the box at any UPS Shipping Center.
Exclusions and restrictions
CORKCICLE does not accept returns on final sale items, gift purchases, international orders, or orders placed through SHOP PREMIUM OUTLET. Items showing damage from normal wear, improper care, or abuse are not eligible for return. Purchases from authorized retail partners and Amazon should be returned according to those retailers' policies, not CORKCICLE's.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 14 days of CORKCICLE receiving your return. If you purchased using a gift card, the refund is credited back to that gift card. Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund amount.

Can I return items purchased at Disney Springs or Rockefeller Center?
Yes. Items purchased at CORKCICLE's Disney Springs and Rockefeller Center locations may be returned within 30 days if unopened, in original packaging, and with a valid receipt.
What if I bought something from Amazon or another retailer?
Returns for Amazon purchases and Buy with Prime purchases must be processed through Amazon or your personal Amazon account, not through CORKCICLE. For authorized retail partners, refer to that store's return policy.
